How do I update my watch Firmware?

  1. To update watch firmware, open the app, go to the "Device"tab at the bottom menu, scroll down to "Update", and tap Update.

Note: Fully Charge the watch before use.

What Should I Keep in mind during a firmware update?

  1. Please ensure the watch battery is above 30%.
  2. During the update,Keep the watch close to your phone and avoid using it.
  3. After the update is complete, wait a few minutes for the firmware to install.
  4. Restart the watch Once the firmware is installed.

Note: If you notice any unexpected behavior after a firmwarre update:

  1. Reset the watch.

Why can’t I connect my watch to the app?

1. Turn on the phone’s bluetooth.
2. Open the Layers App, navigate to "Device" in the app to search for the watch.
3. Tap “Device” to search for Anarc Smartwatch.
4. Once the watch is visible on the mobile app, select it and pair it with the app.

Troubleshooting for watch connectivity Issue:
Note: Avoid connecting the watch with multiple mobiles at the same time. To connect it to a new mobile, first forget the watch from the bluetooth settings of all paired mobiles, reset the watch, and then proceed to pair it with the new mobile.

Solution 1:
1. Reset the Watch, forget the watch from the phone's bluetooth settings. Close the app running in the background. Reopen the app,navigate to "Device" in the app to search for the watch.
2. Check the phone connection icon in the quick access menu on your watch and keep the watch and phone close together.
3. Allow all the permissions for call and notifications.
4.Do not connect directly to the phone's bluetooth initially.
5.After pairing with the app, if only the app is connected but not the phone's bluetooth, then attempt to manually connect the mobile Bluetooth first.

Solution 2:

  1. connect the mobile Bluetooth first.
  2. Open the Layers App to connect with the app.
  3. Allow all the permissions for calls,and notification.

Note: If the above soluton doesn't work, restart both the phone and watch and then try again.

Note: Make sure your phone system meets Android 9.0 and above and IOS 13.0 and above.

How do I use the Bluetooth calling feature?

1. Automatic connection: When the watch is paired with the Layers Watch app for the first time, the watch's bluetooth calling will automatically connect to the phone's bluetooth on iOS (iPhone) (allow call permission while connecting the watch to the phone).
On Android, a bluetooth calling connection request will appear in the app.
2. The call accept icon is not appearing on the watch. (Connect phone bluetooth first, allow all the permissions for calls,notification and Open the Layers App to connect with the app)

My Bluetooth keeps getting disconnected.

  1. Ensure the distance between the phone and the watch is less than 10 meters.
  2. Make sure there are no obstacles between the watch and the phone.
  3. Try the manual connectivity process again:
  • Connect the phone's bluetooth first.
  • Open the Layers app to connect and pair it with the watch.
  • Allow all permissions for calls and notifications.

How many notifications can be stored on the watch?

1. From the main watch face, users can swipe up to view up to 10 notifications, with older notifications being replaced as new ones arrive.
2. However, in the main menu, users can access additional notifications.

How many watchfaces can be stored on the watch?

The watch can save up to 20 cloud watch faces.

Why is the watch not reading my Sleep, Heart Rate, SpO2, Stress data?

1. Clean the sensor.
2. Ensure the watch fits properly on your wrist. It should stay in contact with your skin.
3. Hold your arm still and straight briefly to get a health data reading.

Note: For Optimal results, wear a silicon strap.
Note: SpO2 and Stress measurements may take up to 30-40 seconds.

The time displayed on my phone and on the watch are inconsistent.

1. Ensure your watch is connected via the app and phone's bluetooth.
2. Restart the watch and refresh the app.

The step count on the app and the watch is not syncing.

Close the app running in the background or refresh it. Also, ensure the watch and app are synchronised.

Is it safe to wear the watch while taking a bath?

Not Recommended. The IP68 water resistance will only work under the following conditions :
1. Maximum depth of water: 1.5 m
2. Maximum time for exposure to water: 30 minutes

The watch is not suitable for hot baths, saunas, hot springs, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, or activities involving
high-speed water flow.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

 Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. However, a COD fee of ₹99 is applicable for Cash on Delivery orders.

 What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, EMI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by logging into your account on our website. If it’s already on the way, you can simply reject the delivery at your doorstep. Cancellations aren’t possible once the order has been shipped or accepted during delivery.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll help update it. Once shipped, address changes are limited and may not always be possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We currently do not offer returns once a product has been delivered. However, if you'd like to request a color exchange for an unopened package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: Will I have to pay for return shipping?

A: Nope, return shipping is completely free. We’ve got that covered.

Is there a warranty on the Anarc Watch?

Yes, the Anarc Watch comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and non-responsive devices, but excludes physical damage, wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs. Just reach out to our support team to claim it!



My watch arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact our team at support@layers.shop within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photos/videos, and we’ll help you out right away.



Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available, and you'll see this option at checkout. Please note a ₹99 COD fee is applicable.

What is the battery life of Anarc?

Anarc offers a battery life of up to 7 days, but actual performance may vary based on factors like Always-On Display usage, notification frequency, screen brightness, and charging habits.



How much time does it take to fully charge the watch?

 It takes approximately 2 hours to charge Anarc from 0 to 100%.



Is it possible to share the watch with other family members?

Yes, the Anarc Watch can be easily reset and paired with another device, making it convenient to share with different family members.



What colors are available?

 Anarc is available in three iconic shades:

  • Frost Blaze (Silver-white finish)

  • Dark Brilliance (Black Finish)

  • Earthy Urban (Golden Matte Finish)



What countries do you ship to?

Currently, Anarc is available only in India. We’re working on global shipping, but for now, delivery and returns are restricted to Indian pin codes.



Can I get a replacement for my Anarc Watch?

Yes, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if you notice any technical issues. After a quick check, we’ll send a replacement if needed. If the product is fine, your original watch will be returned.



Can I exchange my Anarc Watch for a different color?

Yes, color exchanges are allowed if the package is unopened and the request is made within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges for other reasons aren’t accepted unless the product is defective.
